Machine Shed Davenport invites you to a special Farm-to-Table Dinner celebrating Iowa-grown flavor and the next generation of farming talent. This one-night-only event features a seasonal four-course menu crafted by our chefs and inspired by the fresh, local ingredients grown by Cory Carter of Cory’s Produce.
Cory will be joining us to meet with guests and share his farming experiences!

First Course – Sweet Corn Fritters
Crispy fritters made with locally grown sweet corn and a buttermilk batter, served with a smoked paprika aioli.
Second Course – Heirloom Tomato Salad
A mix of heirloom tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and red onions, paired with mozzarella cheese.
Third Course – Heritage Pork Chop
A bone-in heritage pork chop finished with a mustard jus, served with sweet potato hash made with onions, kale, peppers, and bacon, along with roasted summer squash.
Fourth Course – Fruit Cobbler
A warm peach and blueberry cobbler topped with crème anglaise ice cream.
Fixins:
Cory’s coleslaw made with fresh cabbage and carrots, a house-made cucumber and tomato salad featuring hot house vegetables, and a selection of homemade bread.
